If you are wanting to have more control over your website, or want to learn to build it yourself, I highly recommend using Dreamhost. They have a very user-friendly cpanel, and staff that are quick to help. While they do offer some quick install programs, you will need to have a more intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML coding, and use of MySQL. I use Dreamhost myself for some of my own sites.
