Terms of Service

Please read our terms below before making payment for any of our services. Once you have made payment, you are bound by these terms. If you have any questions, please be sure to contact me.

Reflections Website Services herein after will be referred to as "RWS" and you will be referred to as "The Client". RWS retains the copyright to all work designed, created, performed and provided by RWS. The Client agrees to use RWS products or services in the manner outlined, authorized or defined. The Client is granted rights to use the products, design or service but is not given the right to resell, duplicate or modify any of the work provided without prior approval of RWS.

DIYeStore Setup and Maintenance
The Client agrees to allow RWS temporary access to your eStore admin by providing your username and password. RWS will require access in order to provide store setups, maintenance services and/or other services. The Client's privacy is of utmost importance, and all information provided is kept strictly confidential. RWS will not share any client information with anyone at anytime without prior authorization from The Client.

Copyright Infringement
The Client agrees that any files, images or text provided for use in design is owned by The Client or that The Client has obtain permission to use the files, images or text from the rightful owner. RWS does not accept any liability associated with the use of said files, images or text. The Client agrees to take full responsibility from any suit or claim of copyright infringement that may arise if proper authorization has not been granted.

Credit Link
RWS retains the right to request a credit link on The Client's site. This request may be for the link to be added to main template, the links page, or a credit page, but is dependent on the level of work carried out. The Client agrees to provide credit to RWS until such time that all work performed by RWS has been removed from The Client's website.

Client Support
RWS agrees to provide The Client with any support needed to ensure requested services are fully functional as intended. The Client may be subject to additional charges if it is deemed that the project has exceeded reasonable edits or changes, or if the changes no longer follow the initial outline from which a quote was based upon. Three full previews to allow for edits is considered reasonable. Hourly rates apply after this time.

Payments
Payment shall be made by The Client within 7 days prior to the agreed start date for any project. Payment by The Client shall be made in full before any works begins. Where the quoted fee is more than $100, The Client may elect to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted amount, with the remaining balance payable upon completion of the project.

Cancellation Policy
RWS reserves the right to cancel design or services at any time without reason. If RWS cancels, a refund will only be given on any paid work that has not been completed. Cancellations made by The Client require payment for services already rendered.
