Design Guidelines
Whether we are designing a full custom template or just making a few changes to your current template, here are some things about the design process that should help us to help you. The turn-around time for any project is best estimated once we have all the information from you.

First Contact
When you first contact us, please try to be as clear and concise as possible about what you are enquiring about. This is so important in cutting down on the number of emails, but also it will help us understand your needs better.

Also, please be sure to address each question we might have for you as thoroughly as possible.

Your Ideas
Write them down! A very simple outline is all that is needed and can help keep things on track. If you have any examples to show, whether these are photos or another website you like, then tell us about it. These can include elements of the site, such as the way the navigation is set up, or even a colour scheme.

For any pages that we are going to set up for you or design, you will need to provide all the content for it. This means that we will need to know what wording you want in it, and any photos that you want to have used.

Payment
We do require payment in full before we begin any job. The only exception to this is when the quoted amount is $100 or more. In that case we would require 50% down. This amount is non-refundable once work has started should you decide to cancel. The remaining 50% would be due before delivery of completed files, or before adding the changes to your site.

Terms of Service
Be sure you have read our Terms of Service and that you fully understand them. By making payment for our services, it is assumed that you have read them and fully agree to them.

Revisions
We are willing to work with you and provide any revisions as needed to make sure that you are happy with the result. However if your changes steer away from the original concept, you may be subject to additional charges before work continues.
