Q. Can I add photos to my splash page without using HTML??
A. Here's an easy way to add some photos to your splash page if you are looking to spice it up a little and hate messing around with image urls and other HTML code. This doesn't even require submitting a ticket!
First, in your splash page content, you need to add this:
%FEATURED3W%
or
%FEATURED4W%
The 3 or the 4 means how many photos across you want to have show. So if you want three, use the first code.
Note for You Create It Splash: If you are using this, you will need to click on the Source button, and then paste in the code that you want to use in the location you want it to show. Then click Save.
Now we need to select the products that you want to show. Go to Products, and then under 'Edit a Product' click on option 4 which is to 'Edit within a Table'. If you notice, on the far right there are two column tops highlighted in red. The first one reads 'Show on Home as Thumbnail' . This is where you select which photos you want to show for this particular code. So once you find the product that you want to feature, you would select 'Yes' to have it show, and then click the Save Changes button.
Now if you go have a look, you should start seeing your photos showing up where you placed that code. If you selected the one to show 3 across, it will add 3 photos across, and then it is unlimited(as far as I know!) as to how many rows down.
I do suggest that you use this selectively. Add items that are of the same theme, use it to showcase new items, etc. IMO you don't want a page full of these so that customer has to keep scrolling and scrolling...

Tip: be sure to copy and paste the codes exactly as they are. You can center the code and put a line break after it if you need to.
